Chiropractic Care

Imagine your nerves like a garden hose carrying important messages between your brain and body. When something like stress, a disc issue, or inflammation puts pressure on the nerves—just like stepping on a hose—it can slow down or block those signals. This can lead to pain, discomfort, or other problems in how your body functions.

Chiropractic adjustments help relieve that pressure, allowing your nervous system to work more freely and your body to start healing. Sometimes, you might hear a pop or click during an adjustment—that’s totally normal! It’s just gas and fluid moving inside the joint as the pressure changes quickly and safely. Since your central nervous system controls everything in your body, when it works better—you feel better! Chiropractors are specially trained and board-certified to perform these gentle, effective adjustments to help restore balance and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Acupuncture Therapy

Pain Relief through acupuncture is performed to treat the underlying cause of obstruction or imbalance producing inflammation. Stimulating natural endorphins to be released, removing blockages allows chi to freely flow throughout the body, allowing effective pain relief, vitality and well- being. We treat Fibromyalgia, Headaches/Migraines, disc herniation/bulge, arthritis, knee and joint pain, allergies and sinusitis, digestive disorders, and chronic/acute low back or neck pain.

Our specialist is Dr. Michele, who has achieved the highest level of certification in this area. She is a ‘Fellow of the American Board of Oriental & Reproductive Medicine (FABORM), and a Diplomate of Acupuncture (NCCAOM). Acupuncture increases fertility rates by increasing blood flow to the Uterus, stimulates health of follicles, decreases stress, and improves the chance of an ovum implanting on the uterine wall. It normalizes hormones and the endocrine system that regulates ovulation and the menstrual cycle. Acupuncture has also been beneficial in cases of chronic pelvic pain and vulvodynia. Dr Michele has vast experience in all areas of a woman’s reproductive health, cysts, and menopausal changes, as we age with hormonal imbalance and changes of life. Acupuncture is used to strengthen, support, and balance overall health and well-being.

Our Techniques

In our aim to be as gentle and specific as possible for each patient. We use a variety of techniques to tailor care to each patient’s needs. Diversified is the most common hands-on method, using precise movements to gently adjust the spine and joints. Activator is a gentle technique that uses a small handheld instrument to deliver quick, low-force impulses—great for kids or those who prefer a lighter touch. Thompson uses a special table with drop sections that gently assist the adjustment, making it comfortable and effective. Each technique is safe, and your chiropractor will choose the best one for your body and goals.

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment developed by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) that focuses on balancing the pelvis and reducing tension in the surrounding muscles and ligaments. This technique is especially beneficial during pregnancy, as proper pelvic alignment can support optimal fetal positioning and a more comfortable pregnancy experience. The goal of the Webster Technique is to improve nervous system function and pelvic balance, helping the body work more efficiently throughout pregnancy.

Cold Laser Therapy

Class 4 Cold Laser therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to reduce pain and support the body’s natural healing processes. By delivering light energy directly to injured or inflamed tissues, laser therapy stimulates the mitochondria—the “powerhouse” of the cell—to boost energy production (ATP), which helps cells repair and function more efficiently.

This therapy can promote faster wound healing, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, support nerve function, and minimize the formation of scar tissue. Class IV cold lasers, which are FDA-cleared, provide a gentle and effective alternative to long-term medications—without discomfort, side effects, or downtime.
